Peter Geary Ltd. offers a comprehensive range of

- Sole Trade / Partnership
Accounts - Whether you require a profit
and loss, balance sheet or Income and expenditure
account, we can advise you and prepare and complete
the required accounts for your business
- Limited Company Accounts
- If you are a small Limited Company, we can assist
you to meet your statutory responsibilities and
prepare your full and abbreviated accounts in
a timely manner for filing with Companies House.
- Business Income and Corporation Tax - Following
preparation of your annual accounts we will calculate
your Income or Corporation Tax liabilities and
advise you of payment due dates to allow you time
to plan your cashflow.
- We can also offer pre-year end tax planning
to ascertain tax saving opportunities.
- VAT - We can complete your quarterly VAT returns,
advise on the right type of Scheme for you (i.e.
Flat Rate), obtain registration for your business
etc.We also operate a low cost DIY self Build
VAT reclaim service.
- Management Accounts - Monitoring your businesses
performance throughout the year can be an invaluable
tool to ensure the continued success of your business.
We can advise on systems to enable you to achieve
this yourself or can undertake this role on your
behalf.
- Payroll - We provide a "no fuss" Payroll Bureau
service where we will supply monthly or weekly
payslips to you and your employees as well as
calculating your PAYE liabilities and completing
your HM Revenue Customs Payroll returns.
- Sage Consultants - We have a dedicated member
of staff who provides our Sage Bookkeeping Service.

or you need someone to undertake the bookkeeping
